International Shipping

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7 to 10 business days. Deliveries do not follow a specific schedule, so it’s crucial that the shipping address is accurate and secure—whether a residence or an office.

Delivery time begins once payment is confirmed and may be affected by force majeure events, the destination, and the time of purchase. Since we ship from Colombia, deliveries to neighboring countries are generally faster, while shipments to regions like Europe or Asia may take longer.

If the shipping company cannot complete the delivery due to circumstances attributable to the customer, any additional charges for a new delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
