Returns & Exchanges
When you purchase a product through our platform, you are buying directly from Not a Uniform. If you would like to make a return, exchange, or file a complaint regarding quality, fit, or condition, please contact us at info@notauniform.com or via our official service channels, following these conditions and procedures:
Procedure:

Availability Check: Ensure the desired item is available in the required size or color. Exchanges are only possible for products of the same value. If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the difference.

Request Submission: Request your exchange or return by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram Direct.

Product Shipping: Ship the product to:
Mall Complex Los Balsos, Local 218, Cra. 25 #12 Sur-59, Medellín, Colombia.
Recipient: Not a Uniform, RUT 901434721-3.
The item must arrive clean, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
If these conditions are not met, the customer will be informed and the product returned without processing the exchange.
International Customers:
For customers outside Colombia, all shipping, customs, and import fees, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement product, must be fully covered by the customer. If not, Not a Uniform is under no obligation to send the replacement product.
Conditions:

Product Condition: Must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with all tags and labels.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Packaging: Items must be properly packed.

Return Costs: Shipping and return transport costs are non-refundable.

Promotional Items: Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of warranty or quality issues. No refunds apply.
Refund Policy – Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Law 1480, Article 47 (Colombian law), the customer has 5 business days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition, and all transportation and related costs must be covered by the customer.
After this period, a refund cannot be requested, but exchanges can still be made under the stated conditions. If a refund is granted, Not a Uniform will process it within 30 calendar days from the withdrawal request.
Warranty Policy:
We offer a 30-day warranty on clothing, counted from the day the product is delivered. The item will be reviewed by our quality team, and a response will be provided within 15 days.
If repair is possible, the item will be fixed. If not, it will be exchanged. If the issue reoccurs, another exchange will be offered at the customer's choice.
For valid warranty claims, Not a Uniform will cover both the return and reshipment costs.
Exclusions from Returns & Exchanges:

Items showing signs of use (e.g. makeup stains, odors)

Improper washing (e.g. tumble drying, hot water, bleach, long soaking, mixing colors)

Product misuse
Product Availability:
The Not a Uniform website is regularly updated with current stock. However, if a purchased item is no longer available, we will contact the customer via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram Direct to provide an alternative solution.
Important: Items purchased on promotion or at discounted prices cannot be returned or exchanged.
